There were a few little things that I would have done differently if I were building the porch/deck, but then again I'm pretty picky. The thing that impressed us the most about Frank as opposed to the other contractors we interviewed was the fact that he returned our phone calls and answered our questions in a timely manner. He did a very good job of cleaning up during and after the project. Our punch list was relatively small and he was prompt about addressing those items.
